A Size Too Small will try to provide the most sufficient information about our merchandise. If you have any questions prior to purchasing a garment we would be happy to answer them. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We understand that sometimes, things just don't work out. With this in mind, we have created the following return policy for you.
Returns on Non-Sale and Non-Vintage Items A Size Too Small will exchange or refund non-sale and non-vintage items received back to A Size Too Small within 20 days of the order date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes will be only be accepted if they are returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
A Return Form must be completed and emailed back to us at email@example.com prior to receiving your return at our studio. To request a Return Form, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When issuing a return for a purchase that was made with both a store credit and a new charge, the store credit will first be returned to your A Size Too Small account, and the remaining balance refunded to your card.

Please include a copy of your Invoice and a copy of your Return Form. Your account will be credited less any shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving it. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. In the case that the goods you are wanting for exchange are not available, your card will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Please note that Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not accept liability for the shipping loss or damage of returned goods. A Size Too Small will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local Customs Bureau.
Returns on Sale and Vintage Items Sale and Vintage items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale and Vintage items must be received back to A Size Too Small within 20 days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above). A Size Too Small does not hold items for exchange.
Cancellation of Orders and out of Stock Items
You may cancel your order via telephone or email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.
Sale Price Adjustment Policy A Size Too Small will offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 8 days prior to the start date of a sale. A Size Too Small must be notified of adjustments within 7 days of the start date of the price change. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your A Size Too Small account in the form of a store credit. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be
available for purchase when the request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
Returns on Special Orders All special orders are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
Remember You, the Customer, are responsible for all shipping costs and all costs incurred with shipping (taxes, duties, brokerage, etc). A Size Too Small may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders, A Size Too Small will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.
